Founder’s Note
I worked across many parts of the food world — from fruits and vegetables to sauces, chutneys, jams, and syrups; collecting knowledge about the Indian consumer from various food giants. After years of working for other brands, I used my understanding of Indian taste — the love for spices, warmth and flavours that feel like home. At an age when most people think of slowing down, I started with 2 pickle SKUs. Today, we have grown to 15+ products and are grateful to be part of lakhs of families’ meals. The primary goal has always been to make — something that feels like home, yet offers a little newness, something truly ANOKHA.
